The role of a Business and Sales Officer at Emages Multimedia Ltd, especially at the entry level, involves supporting the company’s sales and business development activities. This position is designed to help grow the company’s client base, manage customer relationships, and contribute to revenue generation through effective sales strategies and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying potential clients and business opportunities in the multimedia and digital marketing sectors.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents tailored to client needs.
Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable multimedia solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to track progress and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, creative, media and technical departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Participate in market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Organize and attend sales meetings, client visits, and promotional events to enhance company visibility.
Contribute to achieving EML sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Enthusiasm for learning about multimedia products and digital marketing services.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
