Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis professional to join our team as an Online Instructor.
• As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the fundamentals and advanced techniques of business analysis, preparing them for roles that require critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning. You will share real-world insights and foster an engaging online learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Delivery: Conduct live, interactive classes on business analysis, covering essential topics such as requirement gathering, process modeling, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and project lifecycle management.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum team to design, update, and enhance course materials, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and best practices.
• Mentorship: Guide students through practical exercises and projects, providing feedback and support to enhance their understanding and skills.
• Engagement: Build a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment, encouraging active student participation and collaboration.
• Industry Expertise: Share current trends and tools in business analysis, and provide practical examples to help students apply their learning effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role, with a track record of successful project involvement.
• Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or training (online teaching experience is preferred).
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, JIRA, Tableau) and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of breaking down complex concepts into accessible lessons.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to helping students succeed.
