Bridge & Concrete Structures Engineer at HR-on-Wheels

About the Role

• We’re looking for an experienced Bridge & Concrete Structures Engineer to lead the design, construction, and supervision of multi-span bridge projects.
• You’ll oversee site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure all work meets safety, quality, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bridge and concrete structure projects from start to finish.
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with codes and best practices.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project progress updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in bridge and concrete structure engineering.
• Hands-on experience completing at least three multi-span bridge projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (STAAD Pro, MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete bridge construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• COREN registration or equivalent is an added advantage.
