Job Description
As a Brand Supervisor, he / she supervises a group of individuals in achieving the targeted goals of the organization. He /she is responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image.
• Overseeing the monitoring of brand performance market trends and competitors activities to make informed decision and adjustment to the brand strategy.
• Collaborating with various departments including Marketing, sales and brand development to ensure brand consistency across all touchpointes and campaigns.
• Enforcing and evolving brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators, assessing the success of branding initiatives and recommending improvements to optimize brand impact.

Requirements

• HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration or related discipline
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Topnotch organizational skills
• Ability to lead and manage individuals
• Ability to be discreet
• A working experience in the above role will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office like PowerPoint etc
• Graphic skills.
