The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity, voice, and perception of the brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role oversees the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives, ensuring consistency in storytelling, campaigns, events, partnerships, and public relations. The Brand Manager will serve as the brand’s guardian—leading efforts that increase recognition, loyalty, and emotional connection with customers, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Development: Defines the brand’s positioning, values, and long-term direction through market research, audience targeting, and growth planning.
Campaign Development & Execution: Plans and executes marketing campaigns for product launches and collections, including photoshoots, content rollout, and promotions.
Brand Communications & Collaborations: Manages public relations, brand messaging, and strategic partnerships with influencers, creatives, and other brands.
Brand Identity & Consistency:Ensures visual and messaging consistency across all brand touchpoints, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
Events & Visibility: Organizes brand events, pop-ups, and fashion shows to increase exposure and industry presence.
Brand Performance & Analysis: Tracks and analyzes campaign results, sales, and engagement metrics to optimize future brand strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries.
Proven ability to lead brand campaigns from concept through execution.
Strong creative vision paired with business acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, production, PR, sales, digital).
Familiarity with branding tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace).
Deep understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and consumer behavior.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and passion for innovation.
