    Brand and Communications Officer

    Support the Marketing & Communications team in executing strategic marketing initiatives aligned with RMBN’s brand and business objectives, while coordinating day-to-day marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, events, tasks, and communication materials. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and quality, and participate in the development of all marketing and brand-related communications, including graphic and print materials originating from the Bank.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Coordinate corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR activities, working with other stakeholders.
    • Manage content updates for the website, social media platforms, and internal communication channels, working with local and Group stakeholders.
    • Track and report on campaign performance to provide insights for optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with RMBN brand guidelines in all marketing materials.
    • Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and client-facing documents.
    • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for marketing-related services.
    • Manage and maintain the brand store, ensuring proper stock levels and maintaining impeccable record-keeping.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A degree in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (preferably in financial services or a corporate environment). CIB experience may be an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a definite advantage.
    • Must possess excellent graphic design skills, with a strong command of visual storytelling, layout design, and proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
    • Digital savvy and experience with social media management and basic analytics tools are beneficial.
    • Membership of a professional Marketing/Advertising/Communications body could be an advantage.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
    • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Demonstrable hands-on experience managing part or all of a marketing/sales/activation campaign could come in handy.
