Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, proactive, and field-oriented Brand & Activation Executive to drive brand visibility, coordinate marketing activations, manage retail branding, and support social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand activations, exhibitions, trade shows, and product sampling.
• Coordinate in-store branding, promotional materials, and retail visibility.
• Liaise with vendors, retailers, promoters, and marketing partners.
• Support product launches, brand campaigns, and social media content.
• Conduct market visits, monitor brand presentation, and identify visibility opportunities.
• Track activation budgets, maintain records, and prepare activity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years\' experience in brand management, marketing, trade marketing, or activations.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable with frequent fieldwork.
