Job Summary

As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, driving business growth, and ensuring the branch meets its financial targets. The role demands leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a strong focus on building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive the branch’s business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including customer acquisition, retention, and product cross-selling
• Improve operational processes to enhance the branch’s efficiency and ensure that all activities are aligned with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote the bank’s products and services and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights into the branch's progress and any challenges encountered.

Requirements

• BSc in a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of banking experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and financial targets in a banking environment.
