    Branch Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch office.
    • This role involves managing a team, ensuring efficient delivery of services, achieving business targets, develop and implement strategic plans, monitor financial performance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
    • Grow and maintain portfolio of High net-worth and ultra-high net-worth individual clients through building strong relationships with prospects, networking and by providing proposition and advisory for our clients on Investment Immigration and Wealth Management.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
    • Monitor branch activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal policies.
    • Continuously evaluate processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and professional growth within the branch.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to promote products/services and cross-sell/up-sell to existing clients.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities, making recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Develop and manage the branch budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets.
    • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance.
    • Monitor and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
    • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
    • Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to share best practices and ensure alignment across the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). An MBA is a plus.
    • A minimum of 10 years managerial experience.
    • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in branch management or retail banking.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
    • Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to the industry.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for operations and reporting.
