Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our HR consulting branch in Abuja. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources, with a bachelor's degree in HR (a master's degree is an added advantage), and a demonstrated track record in marketing, training, and recruitment.
- The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the daily operations of the branch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree in HR is an added advantage).
- 5 years work experience.
- Proven experience in HR consulting, marketing, training, and recruitment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
