Billings Officer at Superbrandz Global Distribution Limited

Responsibilities

• Cash and receipts application plus credit note applications
• Collation of billing information
• Management of receivables from customers via: cash, cheque, direct payment and ensure proper invoicing
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)

Qualification

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Officer
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• Knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
