Extract, develop and report findings on key performance indicators, and performance analytics before turning them into plans for continuous performance improvement.
Work closely with all businesses to build and execute on key business analytics to drive improvements, working particularly closely with the Finance and executive team.
Act as subject matter expert in the implementation of new approaches, identifying the optimal blend of measurement and analytics techniques.
Support quarterly and annual planning and reporting processes.
Prepare ad hoc and automated reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with other team members to improve reporting, campaign analytics, and overall data quality.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in PowerBi and PowerQuery reports in Excel.
Communicate with the business to ensure the development meets their requirements.
Ensure data and report integrity by implementing and adhering to quality control processes.
Keep the reporting data and reports aligned with the business needs and business KPIs.
Qualifications
In this role:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or statistical analysis preferred.
Requires minimum 3+ years of experience.
Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
Experience developing comprehensive reports and useful visualizations.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, creative, customer service, and mathematical skills.
Strong communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights.
Solid knowledge of Business Analytics tools (PowerBi, QlikView, Tableau) as well as MS Office, Excel, PowerQuery, and International financial reporting standards (IFRS).
