Behavioral Science Product Specialist at mDoc Healthcare

• We’re looking for a Behavioral Science Product Specialist to design and integrate evidence-based behavioral reward and incentive mechanisms into our digital health platforms.
• This role sits at the intersection of research, product, and impact, translating behavioral insights into real, scalable product features.

In this role, you’ll:

• Design and implement behavioral reward frameworks (nudges, incentives, feedback loops, social reinforcement) within mDoc’s digital products, including CompleteHealth
• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and data teams to embed reward logic into user journeys and dashboards.
• Define engagement and utilization metrics that trigger rewards (e.g., coaching participation, consistent tracking, action-plan completion).
• Lead pilots, experimentation, and iterative optimization based on data and user feedback>
• Ensure reward mechanisms are ethical, culturally appropriate, and equity-focused, with clear pathways to scale.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience applying behavioral science to digital products or health programs
• Proven experience designing incentive, gamification, or behavior-change systems
• Strong understanding of engagement analytics, experimentation, and behavior measurement
• Background in digital health, global health, or low-resource settings is a plus
• Degree in behavioral science, psychology, public health, health economics, human-centered design, or related field
• Experience with AI-enabled coaching, mHealth, or remote monitoring platforms
• Ability to translate research into product-ready, scalable solutions
