Medical Laboratory Scientist at Heritage Kidney and Medical Care (HKMC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and serology.
• Ensure proper collection, labeling, and processing of patient samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
• Review and release accurate test results while maintaining proper records and quality control.
• Follow laboratory safety standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and support junior staff.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Minimum of 1 year post-NYSC experience
• Good knowledge of laboratory diagnostic procedures
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication, teamwork, and professionalism
