We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business developer with solid experience in ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Systems and Solar solutions to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and sales skills to drive business growth, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions that meet our customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV systems, Solar Solutions and conduct market research.
Assist in maintenance activities and technical site visits as required.
Understand client requirements and design cost-effective ELV/Solar solutions that align with project specifications.
Meet sales target and support overall business development strategies.
Build and maintain long-term and strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare proposals and support project execution, including installation and commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Explore and develop business circles within the region to expand market reach.
Maintain accurate records of client’s interactions and submit weekly reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, market research, sales in technical role within Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of ELV and Solar Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Intrusion Alarm, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other design/sales tools is an added advantage.
