Job Description:

• Fundamental Technology Education: Instructing learners on basic computer literacy, including operating systems, file management, internet usage, and digital communication tools.
• Software Applications Guidance: Assisting individuals in navigating and using common software applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email clients.
• Troubleshooting Assistance: Helping learners troubleshoot basic technical issues, including software errors, internet connectivity problems, and device functionality.
• Digital Literacy Promotion: Fostering digital literacy skills by teaching online safety, responsible internet usage, and ethical practices in technology.
• Device Familiarization: Guiding users in familiarizing themselves with various digital devices like computers, tablets, smartphones, and explaining their functionalities.
• Adaptation to New Technologies: Assisting individuals in adapting to new technological advancements and updates in software and applications.
• Customized Learning Support: Providing personalized instruction tailored to individual learning needs and skill levels.
• Accessibility Guidance: Assisting users in understanding accessibility features and options available on devices and software for differently-abled individuals.
• Educational Resources: Recommending online tutorials, educational websites, and resources to supplement learning beyond the tutoring sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Tech Proficiency: A solid understanding of basic computer operations, including familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and digital devices.
• Teaching Ability: The capacity to effectively convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner, adapting teaching methods to various learning styles.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions to common problems users may encounter.

Education/Experience

• B. Ed in Basic Science and Other Relevant Certification. 
• Firm understanding and practical experience of the Cambridge Curriculum 
• Minimum of Eight Years Experience
