Bank Reconciliation Assistant at May & Baker

Overall Purpose:

To ensure accurate reporting of financial transactions of May & Baker Nig. Plc and to protect her financial assets.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Daily posting of payment teller from main cash to Bank accounts.
• Monthly reconciliation of main cash and resolution of any outstanding transactions.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for all FCY and other smaller LCY bank accounts.
• Ensure zero unreconciled items, where there is any, to resolve them with responsible personnel before the following month.

Qualifications

Competencies, Skills & Behaviours:

• OND Accounting
• Minimum of 1 year work experience.
• Computer Literacy.
• Good Microsoft excel skill.
• Good analytical skill.
