We seek a highly skilled Backend Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power our products. This role requires expertise in backend development, database management, and API integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services and APIs.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities.
Maintain and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile development processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in back-end development can be considered in place.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in fast-paced environments.
Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Python
Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
APIs: Proven experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
