    B2B Telesales Manager

    Job Description

    • The Telesales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Telesales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and providing coaching and training to the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Manage and motivate a team of Telesales Representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate telesales calls to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
    • Provide ongoing training and coaching to Telesales Representatives to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Telesales Representatives to enhance their performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth..

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as Telesales Manager.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
