Our client, a main hedge financial service aimed at facilitating global money transfers and Bitcoin transactions, is looking to hire a B2B Sales Specialist, who will be instrumental in driving the adoption of the organization’s digital asset, payment and card APIs across businesses. This role is at the intersection of financial expertise and technology sales, focusing on fostering relationships with clients, delivering exceptional API solutions, and contributing to the organization’s growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
You’ll play a key role in developing and executing the organization’s sales strategy for our crypto, card, and payment products. This includes identifying target markets, defining customer segments, and crafting tailored sales approaches that drive adoption.
Sales Development & Operations
You’ll drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring the organization’s solutions are successfully adopted by businesses. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting businesses into customers for our crypto, card, and payment products via APIs and our dashboard. This includes building and managing a structured sales pipeline, proactively prospecting high-potential businesses, and executing outbound sales strategies to generate new leads. You\'ll ensure accuracy in lead qualification, track key performance metrics, and continuously refine sales strategies based on data-driven insights to drive revenue growth, increase product adoption, and expand market share.
Client Relationship Management & Expansion
You’ll build and nurture long-term relationships with businesses, helping them maximize the value of our offerings. By deeply understanding client needs and pain points, you’ll provide strategic insights and recommend solutions that enhance their payments and financial operations. Your goal is to increase customer retention, drive upsells and expand our footprint within existing accounts.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
You’ll stay informed on trends in crypto, payments, and financial services, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in the market. This involves conducting industry research, refining value propositions, identifying emerging opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of market engagement plans. You’ll support marketing efforts by identifying high-value events, conferences, and speaking engagements that expand our reach and visibility.
Cross Functional Collaboration
You’ll work cross-functionally to align sales efforts with business goals and optimize our go-to-market strategy.
