    Automobile Sales Executive

    An Automobile Salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and related products/services to prospective and existing customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide the right vehicle options. The salesperson also ensures customer satisfaction, builds long-term relationships, and contributes to the overall sales targets of the dealership or automobile company.

    Department: Sales & Marketing

    Reports to: Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Customer Service

    • Greet customers and identify their needs and preferences.
    • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, specifications, and pricing.
    • Offer test drives and explain performance, safety, and technological aspects.
    • Negotiate sales terms and close deals in line with company policies.
    • Provide financing, leasing, insurance, and warranty options.

    Business Development

    • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and walk-ins.
    • Follow up on inquiries and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

    • Stay updated on the latest models, features, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Attend product training and launch events.
    • Advise customers on suitable vehicles based on their budget, lifestyle, and preferences.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Handle all paperwork related to sales, financing, and registration.
    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain after-sales contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
    • Manage CRM systems to track customer history and interactions.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Experience: Prior experience in automobile sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of automobiles and passion for the industry.
    • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

    Salary : 200,000 - 300,000 + Sales Commission

    Job Location: Ikorodu Road, after Mile Owode Onirin.
