DESCRIPTION

• Advise client on topics such as business transactions, compliance with the law, claim liability or legal rights and obligations. Interprets laws, rulings and regulations related to industry and business.
• Evaluates findings and develop strategies, typically to ensure that their clients' legal decisions translate to a strong bottom line. Transactional attorneys typically do not go into court.
• The position will receive direction and support.
• This position might be described as Junior Attorney working under a high supervision.
