Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Atl & Retail Marketing Manager located in Nigeria, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Atl & Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that promote the brand through above-the-line (ATL) media channels and retail marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing relationships with retail partners, conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing efforts. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and optimizing marketing performance through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing ATL marketing strategies, including media planning and advertising
• Proficiency in retail marketing, including in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and retail partner management
• Strong market research and consumer analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with retail partners and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in data analysis and reporting to drive marketing optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
