    Asst Sales Manager

    Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consist of over 13 of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of an Asst Sales Manager.

    Job Responsibility;

    • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
    • Meeting planned sales goals.
    • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
    • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
    • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
    • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
    • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
    • Promoting the organization and products.
    • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

    Job requirement;

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
    • Professional Certifications would be an added advantage;
    • Minimum of 10 years progressive sales experience managing a large team in luxury retail business, selling to High Net-worth Individuals and corporate organizations;
    • Proven experience in affluent banking, exclusive banking or exclusive banking managing HNIs
    • Strong work ethic;
    • Integrity;
    • Good Analytical skill;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Positive interpersonal skills;
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
