    Associate Manager, Client Services

    Job Overview:

    • The Associate Manager, Client Services will work with the Director, Client Services to build positive relationships with clients during projects and ensure that clients are satisfied with our brand and services.

    Job Description

    • Maintain day-to-day contact with clients; providing professional advice on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that a Brand profile is prepared (which is a formal statement of the market background, Client’s objectives and fundamental strategies) and maintained.
    • Monthly Competitive Analysis: Gather information from online and offline platforms to observe, report the activities of competing brands and recommend corresponding action points for in-house accounts in ways beneficial to both Clients and Agency.
    • Ensure that Brand Books, Progress Reports, Contact Reports, Job Requisitions, Creative Briefs, Media Briefs and Budget Control documentation, Invoices and Vouchers are prepared and maintained.
    • Ensure that the selling of creative, strategy, media or research recommendations to Client is professionally and effectively carried out and that all the available data concerning the effect of advertising is continuously assessed.
    • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction
    • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients towards additional services
    • Close all receivables to ensure little or no outstanding client debts, monthly.

    • Solid knowledge of budgeting and costing
    • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
    • Analytical mind with a strategic thinking ability
    • Persuasion and influencing skills
    • Strong business acumen
    • Accurate reporting skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Graduate of Mass Communication, or any related discipline
    • 4 – 6 years’ progressive experience in Client Service Management
    • Prior experience in an Advertising Agency is preferred
