The incumbent will be reporting to the Internal Audit Officer.
The successful candidate will provide support in assessing the working of internal control systems and ensuring compliance with contract terms and donor rules and regulations.
S/He will support in reviewing transactions in APIN head office and field office operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures in line with donor regulations.
S/He will participate in fixed assets verification exercise and other transactions to ensure compliance.
Qualifications/Experience
The desired candidate:
Must possess a First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Accounting or any related field. ACA or progress in any recognized professional examination will be an added advantage.
Must possess a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC work experience
Must possess a broad knowledge of accounting software packages like SAGE and Quickbooks.
Must possess excellent planning and organisational skills.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility.
