    Associate Account Manager

    Role Overview

    This role is responsible for driving revenue retention and growth across assigned enterprise merchants by owning commercial relationships, expanding account value, revenue retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value. The Account Manager is the commercial owner of the relationship, accountable for outcomes, not just activity.

    What you will be doing everyday

    • Merchant Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned enterprise merchants and maintain structured, ongoing engagement.
    • Revenue Retention: Proactively manage accounts to protect existing revenue and identify churn risks early.
    • Revenue Expansion: Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and volume growth opportunities within existing accounts
    • Account Planning & Reviews: Develop account plans and conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance, risks, and opportunities
    • Forecasting & Commercial Visibility: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and communicate risks and upside clearly.
    • Commercial Discipline & Documentation: Document all commercial activities, commitments, forecasts, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
    • Issue Ownership & Escalation Governance: Timely escalation and closure of revenue-impacting merchant issues.

    Minimum Requirements

    Technical Skills

    • 2–3 years experience as an Account Manager/Relationship Manager 
    • Experience managing B2B or enterprise customer accounts
    • Strong commercial and revenue-oriented mindset
    • Ability to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing relationships
    • Knowledge of working  with revenue data, forecasts, and performance metrics
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) for account tracking, forecasting, and documentation
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills
