Assistant to the Office of the Medical Director and Clinical Services
Reporting to the Medical Director, the Assistant will provide support to the Offlce of the Medical Director and Clinical Services of the Hospital. The candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, implementing office procedures to support the efficient operation of the Office of the Medical Director and Clinical Services of the hospital.
Qualifications
Minimum of ND qualification in secretarial duties, data management, statistics, social sciences, or any related discipline.
Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
Proficient computer uses and knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of office equipment.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Ability to work diligently under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and take instructions from various parties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Customer service orientation.
Graphics design abilities Will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
An attitude of serving and a desire to teach and train others.
Proficient computer skills and proven working knowledge of email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of office equipment.
