Assistant Supervisor at Manuel media

Job Summary

• We are looking for a goal driven individual who will assist the supervisor. 
• This role involves overseeing production schedules, managing team tasks, ensuring content quality, and facilitating communication between departments. 
• The Assistant Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery of media projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in managing production schedules, resources, and deadlines.
• Monitor team performance and provide support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Review and maintain content quality in accordance with company standards.
• Help plan and oversee shoots, edits, and post-production processes.
• Address and resolve minor team conflicts or challenges, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain records of project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular reports for management on team output and project status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, copyright regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members or interns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in media production o operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in media production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
