Assistant Supermarket Managers

- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a neighborhood retail store and pharmacy known for its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction in Africa.

Job Description
- Ensure a high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Directs store operations including retail operations, customer service, managing employees, and sales.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of managerial work experience in the retail industry.
- Must have run and managed a supermarket before.
Remuneration
