    Assistant Restaurant Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
    • The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.


    • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and customer service standards.
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees as needed.
    • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ingredients, and equipment in a timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
    • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, labor costs, and other key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.


    • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with guests and staff.
    • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and front-of-house procedures.
    • Proficiency in computer software applications, including POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
    • Food safety certification and alcohol service certification may be required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Must be 40 years and above.
    • Must be willing to work from Monday - Saturday
