Assistant Restaurant Manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken

Scope

• The main duty of the person in this position is to serve as the lead assistant to the RGM and provide additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operation in an individual restaurant

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Managing/Leading a Restaurant.
• Experienced candidate who has worked in QSR at similar position.

Skills Requirements:

• Must be Computer literate.
• Ability to supervise the work of others.
• Ability to make standard arithmetical computations with accuracy.
• Ability to keep records and make reports.
• Excellent team player and able to multi-task.
• Independent with strong leadership qualities.
