Assistant Production Manager (Fashion) at Reposebay Human Resources Limited

Job Description

• Develops and executes in partnership with designer styles from initial concept to production
• Develops and sources in partnership with designer fabric and trims
• Ensure that orders are ready and packed as and when due
• Assist in managing all samples to ensure their movement through the product development process in coordination with the development calendar
• Work with factories to achieve desired costing and margin goals without compromising design
• Strategically manage in partnership with design bill of material (BOMs), fabric and trim, issuing trials, tests, and color approvals
• Identify and troubleshoot costing/quality control challenges along with design and resolve with vendors
• Negotiate best cost with vendors.
