Assistant Operations Manager at MyMedicalBank

Job Summary

• Support the day-to-day operations of the company. 
• Assist in generating sales and managing customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business activities and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase user engagement and platform adoption.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, customers, and stakeholders to enhance user experience on the MyMedicalBank platform.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of healthcare service providers.
• Assist in recruiting, managing and training employees.
• Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service quality, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital platforms.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM and Business Intelligence tools. 
• Knowledge of the Nigerian healthcare sector is an added advantage.
• Track record in transformation change in a startup company is an added advantage.
