Should be good in creative thinking/writing, preparing press releases, preparing reports, should be close to the media, etc.
Should be knowledgeable in preventive and post-crisis management.
Good knowledge of brand strategy/reputation, events, and promotions management.
Qualification
First Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or any relevant Social Sciences or Humanities Courses.
Must be at least an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public relations (NIPR). Membership in APCON is an added advantage.
Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the Insurance industry.
Must be knowledgeable and abreast with happenings in the insurance sector.
Knowledge of desktop publishing software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, good in website content management systems, and use of critical social media platforms.
Good time management
Must be able to work and achieve results with minimal supervision.
