    Assistant General Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the company. 
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing business functions, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high service delivery standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the General Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all business operations.
    • Lead and supervise departmental heads across Sales, Service, Admin, and Finance.
    • Ensure daily business activities are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
    • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements where necessary.
    • Participate in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control.
    • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
    • Develop and maintain vendor, supplier, and client relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
    • Generate periodic reports and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Drive growth and expansion strategies alongside the General Manager.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • An MBA or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFM) is an added advantage.
    • 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role—preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of business functions including sales, operations, finance, and HR.
    • Proficient in the use of business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
