Assistant Facility Officer at Tage Real Estate and Property Management Limited

About the Role:

Tage Real Estate and Property Management Limited is seeking a diligent and proactive Assistant Facility Officer to support the Facility Officer in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of managed properties, particularly during night hours. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining facilities, supervising night operations, and promptly responding to maintenance or security issues that may arise after hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facility Officer in daily monitoring and maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Conduct regular night inspections of all facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
• Supervise cleaners, security staff, and other service providers on duty at night.
• Report maintenance needs or faults promptly and follow up on urgent repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate night shift logs and handover reports to the day team.

Requirements:

• A smart SSCE holder with an open mind and also teachable and trainable.
• No experience is required
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Must be willing and available to work night shifts regularly.
• Residence within Ketu Mile 12 Axis or nearby areas preferred.
