Assets Integrity/Maintenance Manager at JC International

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assets Integrity/ Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in blasting, painting, inspections, rigging, heat exchanger/boiler tube cleaning, and tank/vessel cleaning operations. The successful candidate must possess a valid Rope Access Level 3 certification and demonstrate proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary asset integrity projects and teams.

This role also requires close collaboration with the Business Development Team to provide technical sales support, ensuring accurate and competitive service proposals aligned with client needs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Asset Integrity operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services across projects.
• Oversee Rope Access operations related to blasting, painting, inspections, rigging, heat exchanger/boiler tube cleaning, and tank cleaning operations ensuring strict adherence to safety and industry standards.
• Work with the Business Development Team to provide technical input for tenders, proposals, and client presentations, ensuring technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and implement asset integrity management strategies and maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with IRATA, ISO, and company HSE standards across all operations.
• Review and approve technical reports, inspection findings, and maintenance recommendations.
• Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication, project progress reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in asset integrity processes and technologies.

Requirement

• Valid IRATA Level 3 Rope Access certification.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Asset Integrity operations with strong technical knowledge in blasting, painting, inspection, and water jetting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects within the oil and gas or industrial maintenance sector.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide technical sales support and contribute to business growth.
• Possession of   OPITO Rigger Competency (Rigger Stage 3) qualification will be an added advantage.
