Area Sales Manager (Seasoning Portfolio)-Akure at the Agric & Culture Company

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive seasoning product penetration.
• Open and grow sales across key markets and trade channels.
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers, and open market traders.
• Lead and supervise Sales Officers to achieve monthly KPIs and territory objectives.
• Drive market visibility through in-market activations and trade marketing initiatives.
• Ensure product availability and pricing compliance in retail and wholesale points.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with top customers and trade partners.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

• 5–7+ years in FMCG sales with 2+ years managing a field team (Seasoning, Sauces, or Food Products experience Strongly preferred).
• Solid Contacts Base in your Chosen Market Cluster.
• Territory Expertise for OYO Market: Must Have a Deep Knowledge of Ondo / Akure.
• Track record of leading sales teams and meeting targets.
• Tech-savvy (CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel).
