Job Responsibilities

• Determines annual unit and gross- profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
• Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
• Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitory of sales rep.
• Build and promote stong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with their understanding their needs.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years work experience.
