This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for the role of ASM (Key Account Manager - Lagos and Port Harcourt).
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with key accounts in the Lagos and Port Harcourt regions.
The role includes conducting account planning, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring effective customer service delivery, analyzing market trends, and developing business strategies.
The chosen candidate will also monitor performance metrics and execute initiatives to achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the assigned market.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts management to foster and maintain strong partner and client relationships.
Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise to develop strategies and evaluate market trends effectively.
Customer Service skills to meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver growth for key accounts.
Experience in the FMCG or hair and personal care industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
