    Area Sales Lead

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Co-ordinate sales activities in your territory to meet sales goals/targets.
    • Maintain and increase sales of the company's products.
    • Increase business opportunities through various routes to the market.
    • Develop sales strategies in line with the division’s targets.
    • Monitor the team's performance and motivates them to exceed set targets.
    • Keep the division informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Assist other team members with transactions when and where necessary.
    • Responsible for delivering key business metrics such as turnover, profit, product portfolio.
    • Retain overall responsibility for the profit and loss and growth achieved in his region.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    BSc/HND in any course with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a Pharmaceutical/FMCG environment.
