Architect at Kloverharris Limited

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong technical and design skills, capable of contributing to projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Perform code analysis, site studies, and material research.
• Oversee construction administration and respond to RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Licensure or progress toward licensure (preferred but not required).
