• We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join our team

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D designs and presentations using relevant architectural software.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, measurements, and assessments.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Assist with project planning, documentation, and coordination from concept through completion.
• Identify design or construction issues and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Professional qualification/registration with ARCON is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Relevant professional experience in architectural design and/or construction.

Preferred Candidates:

• Graduates of Covenant University or the University of Lagos (UNILAG) with strong academic and practical backgrounds are preferred.
