Arcade / Game & Entertainment Manager at Sunrise Universal Integrated Supermarket

Summary of Responsibilities

• To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
• Build a strong network to ensure traffic flow of customers to the arcade.
• Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
• Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service.
• Forecast and track revenue on weekly or monthly basis.
• Monitor customers’ consciousness to hygiene guidelines in the arcade.
• Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
• Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action e.t.c

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• HND / B.Sc / B.Tech in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
• Ability to explain operations of the arcade to customers’ effectively.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
• Attention to details and sociable personality.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft officer.
