JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job adverts, shortlisting CVS. scheduling interviews, background checks and contract documentation.
• Facilitate on bearding and induction for new hirers including freelancers and contract staff.
• Track staff attendance, shift schedules, administer leave requests.
• Assist in handling staff queries, staff complaints, grievances and basic employee relations issues.
• Promote workplace health and safety across studios, offices and business arears.
• Perform day-to-day general HR Administrative duties and reporting as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND IN: Human Resources Management, Business
• Administration, Industrial Relations/personnel Management or any related social science discipline.
• Basic Knowledge of HR Practices and Procedures
• Computer literacy: basic knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and email usage.

ROLE SUMMARY

• The Account Executive is responsible for managing the financial transactions, book-keeping and reporting to the organization.
• They ensure proper recording of advertising revenues, sponsorship deals, payroll and operational expenses while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Proficiency in RF circuit design, modulation techniques, and signal processing.
• Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, CST Microwave Studio, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
