Arabic and Islamic Studies Teacher at Lead British International School Limited (LBIS)

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Arabic and Islamic Studies Teacher based in Ibadan. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering lessons, engaging students in effective teaching and learning practices, developing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs, and promoting a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include assessing and tracking student progress and contributing to their educational and social development.

Qualifications

• Competence in Lesson Planning to organize and prepare structured and effective lessons for diverse learners
• Strong foundational knowledge in education and teaching methodologies to deliver impactful lessons
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and engage with students and parents
• Teaching and Training experience to guide, mentor, and foster learning in students
• Proficiency in Arabic and a strong understanding of Islamic teachings
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education, or a similar field
• Prior experience teaching Arabic and Islamic Studies is an advantage
