    Application Support Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role as an Application Support Officer at Lifestores Healthcare located in Lagos, with some flexibility for hybrid work.
    • The Application Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, customer service, and analyzing data to ensure seamless functionality of our digital platforms on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    • Interpersonal Skills and Communication
    • Analytical Skills and Technical Support
    • Customer Service skills
    • 2years Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of healthcare technology systems is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
