Job Summary

The Apartment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the residential apartment property, ensuring a high standard of tenant satisfaction, optimal occupancy, and efficient facility management, while maximizing rental income and controlling operating costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Market and advertise vacant units to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Screen prospective tenants, prepare lease agreements, and manage move-in/move-out processes.
• Collect rent and other charges, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections with technicians and vendors.
• Respond promptly to tenant complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Manage the property budget, control expenses, and prepare monthly financial and occupancy reports.
• Supervise on-site staff such as security, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and lease documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree/HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years\' experience in property/apartment or facility management.
• Knowledge of tenancy laws and property management best practices.
