    Analyst, Corporate Planning & Sustainability

    Job Summary

    • As an Analyst in Corporate Planning and Sustainability, you play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of the business’s strategic direction, ensuring long-term resilience and positive impact on operations.
    • Role also includes supporting the alignment of business strategy with sustainable practices and ESG principles, ultimately supporting the well-being of both the business and the broader ecosystem.
    • Core responsibilities include driving and measuring the organization’s impact guided by its theory of change, working with Corporate Strategy in designing grant related projects while ensuring the implementation and management of said projects as well as other impact related projects and sustainability initiatives.
    • Working closely with other segments of the team as well as other teams, you will analyze data, develop concept notes, implement programs and create reports to promote sustainability and drive positive social and environmental impacts within our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Management of all grant projects as well as initiatives related to sustainability and impact.
    • Track, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability, impact, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance, within business operations. Identifying key trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain relevant reports tied to impact and sustainability initiatives and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
    • Assist in the formulation of sustainability strategies, policies and action plans, integrating best practices and industry standards into business operations.
    • Support activities that help drive the objectives of the corporate planning and Sustainability trybe.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
    • With at least 2 years’ experience in sustainability, environmental management, project management or related fields.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience in preparing sustainability reports and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
    • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
